The Cozy Sports Bra© is an undergarment. Undergarments are not returnable by law and health codes. Please refer to our sizing recommendations to make sure you are ordering the proper size.
All sales are final. Products purchased may be exchanged for a like item only.
An exchange authorization for products purchased through www.CozySportBra.com may be granted only if:
- The request is within 30 days of purchase
- The product has a manufacturing defect - in which case we will accept the garment and replace with a non-defective item of equal value.
- The wrong item was shipped (item received does not match invoice/on-line order) - in which we will accept the return and replace with the correct item.
- Any return must include the original receipt or packing list.
- If you purchased your Cozy Sports Bra product from a boutique, retailer or dealer you must adhere to the return policy set by the retailer where you purchased your product.
NOTE: You must send an e-mail to: exchanges@cozysportsbra.com - If qualified, you will receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and instructions on how to send in your garment.
Any item shipped to The Cozy Bra Company without an EAN will be refused.
- Exchanges received without the original receipt (packing list) contained in your package will not be processed.
- Original shipping and exchange shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items contained in your exchange package must be on your packing list(s). Any item not listed on your packing list(s) that was not originally purchased from CozySportsbra.com will not be eligible for a replacement.
- We recommend that you return your items via an insured and traceable carrier service such as UPS or Fedex. The Cozy Bra Company is not responsible for lost packages in transit. You must pay the shipping cost of returning the product. The Cozy Bra Company will absorb the shipping cost to send you the replacement item.
- Your exchange will take approximately 10-14 business days to process from the date of receipt by The Cozy Bra Company.
If for some reason you changed your mind, simply wanted a different color, ordered the wrong size or just don't feel The Cozy Sports Bra© is right for you, give it as a gift to a friend and order another color or size for yourself!
